Richard D. Borzouye

Mr. Borzouye is a kind and understanding man who went above and beyond for me when helping me with my legal matter. I found him to be very knowledgable in the area of law that my case pertained to and he was very flexible in terms of being able to be reached day or night, he met me where it was conv...ienent for me, even if it wasn't in his usual office. In addition to his office in Brooklyn he has other satellite offices he was able to meet me in which is closer to my home. Most importantly he was very fair with his retainer agreement and let me make payments in installments which was very much appreciated. I always felt that Mr. Borzouye genuinely cared about me and my case and did his best to get the results we wanted. He is also easily reached, and although he can get busy he always returned my calls. I was cautious to hire an attorney who had been disciplined but Mr. Borzouye came highly recommended and when he explained why he was disciplined it really turned out not to affect my case or my impression of his capabilities. You will not regret hiring Mr. Borzouye, he is truly a smart and caring individual.

I am reading the bad reviews and they are not truthful or real. Richard is very smart and knows how to deal with family court from top to bottom hands down. He treats you like family and is always there for you with any help or guidance. He was there for my family and always has your best Interst in ...mind. I dont trust people easy but I trust Richard and just give him a call or set up a meeting with him and you will see what I am talking about. One thing I will say that having a lawyer is always a good first step but know the laws in family court and how things work before you blame a lawyer for things not moving fast. Most issues are within the broken family court system not the lawyer.

Glad we re-hired him. Rich is great, then we did something we normally don't do-give out someone's name (invariably someone complains about the painter/roofer/dr/lwyr you recommend). Everyone who used him was happy-a miracle. Now we called again for another matter and found out he has a partner/as...sociate who does many other areas where clients need a certain type of attention, including elder and animal law, Carol Ryder. She was in the papers and has some awards you find all over so you know she has that mind-set to take extra-good care of her clients like Rich always does. Great back-up helps-we had a lawyer years ago without it and he got sick and his covering attorney was not as good as him and didn't know our case like our guy did. We hired Rich instead. I would highly recommend Rich.

Overall an amazing attorney Mr. B represented me in my criminal and family case. Spoke to him on a regular basis more like family. He does what he need to make sure you win.
