As busy as he was/and is, his staff would take my calls when he wasn't available and he personally returned my calls promptly. Last but not least, Paul has a personal touch. From the start of our relationship, he made sure to call me in the evenings and on weekends, or after a court decision, checking in to see how things were progressing with me and my daughter. And he did not bill me for those calls. It came from his heart and genuine concern for his client. It was that personal touch that made a huge difference for me.
