Biography
I am the Managing Attorney and founder of Alisme Law LLC, a boutique litigation firm focused on high-stakes business disputes. My practice centers on partnership disputes, shareholder and board conflicts, joint venture breakdowns, and service and commercial contract disputes in which control, leverage, and negotiated outcomes are at risk.
I work with business owners, founders, closely held companies, and parties facing internal conflicts or contractual breakdowns that require careful judgment and strategic timing. My approach to litigation is focused, strategic, and deliberate in service of managing risks and outcomes, not an emotional response or a guaranteed reset. I believe early, informed decision-making often preserves options, while delay quietly erodes leverage.
My work is guided by a commitment to honesty, disciplined judgment, continuous learning, and being a positive influence on those I work with. I value candor even when it is difficult and take a long-term view of my clients’ objectives.
