Biography
I advise and represent clients in the following areas: estate administration and estate probate; estate planning document preparation (wills, revocable living trusts, living wills, health care proxies, and power of attorneys); artist and entertainment contracts; copyright and trademark licensing agreements.
I offer clients detailed-oriented legal services gained through a former career in accounting and finance one of the most respected, international financial institutions. I also offer consultations at the Brooklyn Bar Association, the Queens Bar Association, The City of New York Bar Association, and at the private residence of senior citizens and disabled individuals.
Furthermore, as a former professional actor, trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and a member of Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, I have a strong interest in assisting performing and visual artists, musicians, and other arts and entertainment professionals in their legal matters. In the past, I completed an internship through the Seton Hall University School of Law Entertainment Law Externship at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts in New York.

Mr. Brown is very knowledgeable in estate planning. He was extremely patient in answering our questions and clarifying all the nuances of our estate planning. He was prompt in answering emails and made himself quite accessible for follow up questions. his fees are also very reasonable.
