David Ian Pankin

I have worked with David Pankin and his Associates twice in the past 11 years. I believe that they are the most professional, kind, and up standing people that I have ever met. They walk you through every step and make sure all of your questions are answered. The day you walk into the court room y...ou are prepared to answer all questions without feeling nervous about the outcome. They did a great job in providing the appropriate documents that was needed for the judge to understand. I am grateful that I had the pleasures of working and meeting David Pankin and Associates.

I have had experiences with attorneys in the past that have not been the most pleasant ones, in some cases it had been an effort to even get to meet with them or even get a return call from them, and when I finally did meet and sit with them, they allowed their egos to dictate their actions, where th...ey tried to make you feel that they were smarter or better than you. This was not the case with David Pankin and his entire staff. Their caring demeanor made me feel secure in the knowledge that I had indeed made the right choice. They were courteous and extremely professional. They were "there when you needed them", and responded almost immediately at any time, day or evening, whether to emails or telephone messages, I was certain that in less than 24 hours, I'd have a response and receive advice from them and they were always knowledgeable, reassuring and to the point. David said that I should feel free to call any time and he meant it. He always got back to me. When certain issues had arisen unexpectedly and I notified him via email, he'd respond almost immediately, personally and was to the point. Then after the court session was over, I especially appreciate the "after care" his office provides; calling and checking up on me to see if "all was ok" and they continued to advise me as to what my steps of action should be in the next 6 to 9 months from now, being very specific and clear. I have to say two words to David and his staff: THANK YOU! I have already referred you and your team to a few people and will continue to do so whenever someone needs a GREAT ATTORNEY!

I was watching a New York Knicks Basketball game when I saw the commercial for David Pankin. I wasn't sure what to expect but, I was in enough financial trouble that I needed to do something. To my surprise I spoke to David himself over the phone I explain to him my situation and, he was very underst...anding , knowledgeable and down to earth. We set a appointment for me to come down to the office on 34th st and David and his entire staff made the entire process easy and very clear to me. I had a ton of question and David and his staff answered each and everyone of them. Overall bankruptcy is a stressful experience but with the help of David and his staff I was able to get my peace of mind back.
