David and his team of lawyers are the real deal. The first thing David will tell you is to never rush into a bankruptcy petition. His team will guide you through the steps you need to take to construct the six-month look back period prior to filing the petition for a successful Chapter 7 case. He is always available via email and Zoom meetings upon request. Be wary of other lawyers who advertise legal fees of $1500 and under. The last thing you want is to turn your Chapter 7 case into a Chapter 13 due to lack of good counseling, guidance, or diligence. David’s law firm does charge a little bit more than those other firms, but his team will stick with you to the end and never simply give up. And if you can get all of your unsecured debts fully discharged, the legal fees are worth every last penny.
