Apryl was wonderful throughout the... entire process – from the moment I reached out she was very forthcoming about the each step of the process/timelines/financial expectations and provided helpful guidance on what to look for in a mortgage provider. She speaks in lay terms (no lawyer jargon here!), is very direct and will patiently answer your questions, all while maintaining her easy going demeanor and humor. However, what I valued most was that you can tell she has been through it all – she would let us know what is standard, unusual, or a red flag. We encountered a few abnormal experiences with the mortgage/appraisal process, and even had to delay the closing due to a leak that caused damage to our apartment – Apryl ensured things ran as smooth as possible through all of this and built in long-term financial protections related to the damage. I have already recommended her to several of my friends!

Apryl helped me out of a situation with a lawyer who tried to take advantage of my lacking knowledge in Real Estate litigation. She went to great lengths to fight for my position. It while I paid her for another case, she did the communication in this matter for free. I guess she personally couldn´t ...take what this colleague tried to pull off.
