Biography
I have been an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of New York since 1998. My practice comprises personal injury, medical malpractice and employment litigation as well as real estate transactions and estate planning and administration. I have litigated hundreds of personal injury, medical malpractice and workplace discrimination cases at both the trial and appellate levels and through arbitration and mediation, obtaining seven figure awards for my clients.
I represent banks, developers and individuals in all manner of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
I represent clients in the preparation and implementation of estate plans designed to preserve assets, mitigate estate taxes and care for the special needs of family members. I also represent executors and fiduciaries in all manner of estate proceedings, including probate, administration, accounting and contested surrogate's court matters.
