Marco Materassi

Stay far away from Marco, he claims to know real estate law however he is completely in over his head! I had to remove him as my attorney in the purchasing of a piece of property and I was never refunded my money from this clueless man! I have no idea how he even practices law! He has ignored all ...calls and emails for the last year and a half!

I hired this attorney for purchase of condo. however, a larger law firm had to step in and settle the deal because Mr. Materassi was not knowledgeable with the real estate purchase issue. Since, i paid both law firms for the transaction, I requested a partial refund of the amount paid to Mr. Matera...ssi, since he did not do much in the transaction. I still have not received a response from Mr. Materassi. He has basically ignored calls and letters to his office. it's been 3 years, since the transaction was settled.
