I originally hired a large Manhattan law firm to handle my personal injury case because I am one of those people that thought the bigger the law firm the better they must be but this concept did not prove to be true for me. Specifically, after the initial consultation whereat I met with one of the p...artners at the firm who made me feel like he would be handling my case and he would be giving it his utmost attention I quickly came to realize this was nothing but a sales pitch as I could never get in touch with him again and was always communicating through other staff members who did not know me by name and had no clue about my case. This left me feeling like I was no longer a person to them but rather just a number in their records of files and as a result I terminated their services and sought out other representation. I found Mr. Abruzzese online and during the initial consultation and after explaining to him my experience with the prior law firm he assured me that I would not be made to feel that way if I hired him because he is personally involved in every aspect of his cases and returns everyone’s phone call within 24 hours. With this I decided to give him a shot and Mr. Abruzzese did not disappoint. He produced a very favorable outcome and throughout the case I always felt like a valued client which was exactly what I was looking for from the law firm that represented me.

I don’t usually write reviews for anyone or anything but I felt it was necessary to make my experience with Attorney Abruzzese public because it was such a positive one for me. I came to Attorney Abruzzese during a very difficult time in my life as my marriage was unable to be saved and a divorc...e was necessary. Prior to consulting with Attorney Abruzzese I felt helpless and scared of having to go through the court system as my ex-husband had become my number one enemy and every issue was contested. However, after consulting with Attorney Abruzzese I immediately felt a sense of calmness and relief. Attorney Abruzzese treated me as one could expect to be treated by a very good friend and he always took the time to make sure I understood the law as it applied to the issues in my case no matter how long that would be. While I don’t believe anyone is a winner at the conclusion of a divorce case I was 100% satisfied with the final outcome and felt as close to being a winner that I think one could feel and for that I am forever grateful to this Attorney. While driving my vehicle I was rear ended and sustained significant injuries. I was referred to Mr. Abruzzese by a co-worker who had a very good experience with him representing her in a divorce case. Prior to hiring Mr. Abruzzese my experience with lawyers in general had not been good. Specifically, the lawyers I used in the past were excellent salesmen leading me to believ...e they would get me the results I so desired but after shelling out a fortune in legal fees they failed to deliver a final outcome that they made me believe was obtainable. If you are looking for a salesman then Mr. Abruzzese is not the lawyer for you but if you are looking for a lawyer who has your best interests in mind and who won’t tell you what you want to hear for the sake of making a buck then this is your lawyer. Mr. Abruzzese exceeded my expectations as a lawyer and though I hope I will not need to be involved in litigation in the future in the event I am I will feel much less stress knowing I have this lawyer to turn to.

Mr. Abruzzese is one of the most diligent as well as an astute brilliant young minds I have come across in a long time. And, believe me in my profession I come across many, but Kevin is the complete package. In his handling of my cases Child Support & Custody/Visitation or any questions that may ari...se within the legal realm, he has the wisdom to see it from all sides of the spectrum; defendant, plaintiff, petitioner, respondent, lawyers, as well as the judge. Kevin calls it like he sees it with the maturity of a no nosense seasoned professional in all calibers of the profession. Along with the personality and interpersonal skills to hear the truths, the lies, the unknown & the perception so that he can make a wise assertation of the particulars and then call it as he sees fit within his legal limitations. Kevin which I can say is such a peoples person who has the gift to listen closely and then speak accordingly as may be fit and on point. What I especially love about this brilliant mind is his perception and how it will end. I"m respectfully honored to consider Mr. Kevin J. Abruzzese not only an amazing force to be reckoned with, as a lawyer but an incredible friend, that no matter what, I know I can say sincerely and respectfully trust his judgement and know he has my best interest in hand no matter the outcome which usually is favorable with his guidence. But, what I admire mostly about this brilliant mind is he's not like most lawyers who always tell you the same line: There's your side, their side and there's the truth. He has taught me that there's usually from both parties: truths, untruths, perception and the unknown and that respectfully that at the end of the day it's up to the judge to make the final decision favorale and within statutes and penal codes. I would seriously recommend Kevin to any case because he will do everything in his legal power to make sure your rights haven't been violated or your rights dimissed and that all concerned parties are playing by the rules. and, besides his attention to detail, his preperation, especially with his masteing of his presentation.
