I used Terrance on my sale and purchase. He was able to close both deals within one day of each other and I was even able to stay in the house I sold for 10 days after the closing to make sure I had time to finish some minor repairs in the house I purchased. He was extremely competent and explained e...verything to me in detail. He answered me whenever I called (including nights and weekends) and at the closing he did a great job of explaining everything I was signing. I highly recommend his services.
