I hired Terrance in January to handle the sale of my home and the purchase of a new one at the same time. I was extremely nervous about selling and buying at once but Terrance made the process seamless and coordinated both closings without any issues. I asked a ton of questions which he answered an...d more importantly he made sure I was legally protected throughout both transactions. Only after we closed did I learn from my realtor that he had battled with the other attorney to make sure that the people I was buying from closed before our interest rate expired.
