We used Terrance for two real estate transactions. One was a coop purchase for our daughter in Manhattan and the other was for our second home out east. Terrance helped us navigate both deals smoothly and maintained a great attitude the entire time. At first we were a little nervous because of his yo...ung age, but he proved to be a very intelligent and experienced real estate attorney. Both transactions closed quickly and without issue.
