Peter prevented me from buying many bad houses. He knows how to protect you from all the risks in choosing a house and in writing a solid healthy contract with all the right ryders and amendments. Don't expect any attorney to secure the right deal with the lender. Peter did not get involved in tha...t aspect, nor should he.
