Widely regarded as one of the region’s most successful plaintiff’s attorneys, Rob Fellows is the firm’s managing partner. Holding health care providers accountable for avoidable injury and harm in a variety of contexts. Surgical errors, delayed or incorrect diagnoses, nursing care neglect, harm from careless recordkeeping, or misreading of diagnostic studies
Cyclists are not fair game from careless drivers. Motorists have the legal duty to share roadways with cyclists. Drivers must yield when necessary and give a wide berth when passing bikers. I did not see you is not a defense.
The elderly have the right to dignity free from abuse and harm whether from neglect, preventable falls or outright abuse. We seek justice and speak for those who can not advocate for themselves.
A property owner has a duty to prevent injury from hazardous conditions whether from a failure to repair and maintain property in a safe condition. Neglect in the treatment of snow and ice and unsafe work sites causing avoidable falls whether from ladder, scaffold, equipment or mechanical failure.
Aggressive and fatigued truckers must not endanger the welfare of motorists. Stopping times for truck are greater and thus a truck should not endanger a motorist by tailgating or cutting you off during a lane change.
Next of kin have the right to assert their own claims for damages arising from the tragic loss of a loved one including economic and financial losses and for pain and suffering.
