As one can imagine the process of buying your first home is a scary undertaking. My husband and I wanted to make sure we would select a great attorney to help us along the journey. After an extensive search and reading many reviews, we selected Peter and it turned out to be a great decision! From the... first point of contact with Peter we knew it was going to be the right fit. During the mortgage process a few issues with our lender came up but Peter acted quickly in advising us and was reassuring. Peter was prompt with all of his responses whether it was via email or by phone. At times he'd even respond before I got the chance to log out of my email account! Towards the nearing of our closing, the day before to be exact, things got interesting again with our lender but Peter was consistently there for us when seeking his advise. He is personable, professional, and understanding. We wholeheartedly recommend Peter to anyone looking for a real estate attorney.

I used Peter's services for the recent sale of my co-op in Westchester County. He was unbelievably efficient, prompt and seemed to be thinking three steps ahead the entire time - which was incredibly useful, given all the hoops you have to jump through when closing on a co-op, not to mention dealing ...with a mortgage company that has a history of losing paperwork and torpedoing deals. Just to make things interesting, I also had a baby a few days after we went into contract, and then our closing was scheduled shortly after Thanksgiving weekend. Despite all these obstacles, Peter had no trouble coordinating all necessary details without breaking a sweat. (He also has a great sense of humor!) My husband and I are already using his services again to set up our wills, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Outstanding service!

The bottom line is professional, sharp, prompt, helpful, doesn't require control. Peter communicates brief but to the point, which saves you much time if you busy. I received few solid and useful advice on the way. My only input was to supply few names, papers and signatures, and things were done... at no stress. I also had minimum effort on communicating to other parties involved, most were taken care by Peter. If I were to recommend Peter to a friend or re-run the deal, would go with him no doubt.
