She acts unethically and does not litigate for the best interest of the children involved. She shows bias of the loving parent and in favor of the parent that shows clear evidence of abuse. In some cases ignores or denies to speak with the child/ren who are being abused. She will communicate ex part...e with the other party without disclosure or consent. She will make statements in court that are misleading or false. Her actions contributed to the removal of children from a safe and loving environment. These actions raise serious ethical and legal concerns, and I urge if she is appointed as the child/ren AFC, to proceed with caution. I strongly recommend seeking legal advice on how to request her removal.
