Eric Ole Thorsen

I hired Eric after going through a very difficult divorce and child custody dispute. I was in need of a compassionate, intelligent and aggressive attorney. Eric failed to represent me properly, dragged out my case to make more money and put me in a worse position then I already was. Believe me, you'r...e better going with a free attorney then use this one!!!!

Where do I even start? I was hoping for an amicable divorce. My then STBE and i were in agreement on most issues. Thorson promised to guide me in that direction when I retained him. However, he did everything he could to stir up animosity and keep the fight going, I suspect to be able to bill me mor...e. I thankfully realized how unethical he was before we got to trial and found new counsel. But the damage had been done.

I hired this attorney for what should of been a very short case and pretty simple. It took over 3 years and here I am dealing with his poor representation. I get people get upset when there case goes wrong but this attorney did things to keep the case going and we ended up going to trial where he was... confused, handed me wrong papers to reviews, never actually went over anything for trial. To everyone that reads this !!! Watch the bill !!! Honestly your better going with a free attorney then use this one ! Trust me

In my situation, as if you put anything in the slightest way negative on this review posting, they wont list it. Mr. Thorsen did not represent my best interests, He did not keep me up to date on my case and made dicissions without discussing them with me. His bill's had other peoples charges on min...e and I was billed for things he did not do. I am currently In Supreme Ct. with a misconduct lawsuit against Mr. Thorsen. We will see if this post is allowed, naturally by an attorney.
