Gretchen recently helped our family through a complex and emotional legal matter. We found Gretchen by reference after leaving another large "fancy" and expensive law firm which was not giving our case any proactive thought despite the enormous bills, which was causing great anxiety. Those words really stuck with me and they are true. She is very smart and effective, knows the law and can go head to head with the worst of them. But she is also an honest and empathetic human who tells you what you need to hear (even when its not in your favor) in a way that helps you understand all the legal issues so you can make an informed decision. She is truly about helping the client achieve their goals - not about wracking up bills or prolonging processes.
