Biography
I have practiced almost exclusively family law for more than a decade. In doing so, I have successfully guided clients through all aspects of family law including negotiating prenuptial agreements, custody and support proceedings, divorce, and the resolution of post-divorce matters. I recognize that family issues which lead clients to Family Court and/or Supreme Court are often life changing. As such, my practice of law is zealous but always cognizant of the practical and emotional implications of settlement negotiations and litigation. I am also equipped to handle related matters that often arise in the wake of family law proceedings including real estate, simple probate and administration proceedings, wills, powers of attorney, and health care proxies. I regularly represent clients in both Supreme and Family Courts in Westchester and surrounding counties.
