John Boland Manning

We recently hired Mr. John Manning and his office to represent us in our home sale. We also gave him the power to sign on our bahalf at closing (as we were out of the country) and deposit our sale proceeds. We worked with two people from his office, primarily, who kept us informed on the closing pro...cess, reviewed the documents on a regular basis and answered any questions we had. It was a very positive and professional experience and I would recommend the firm and staff.

John Manning represented us with our first home purchase. He is very knowledgable and professional. John was always easily reachable and courteous to our many questions. John and his staff demonstrate excellent service with attention to detail. It was a pleasure to work with John Manning and his te...am. It has been over a year since I worked with him and his office, and I still get upset over the way he and his office treated me as a customer. Terrible. Manning knows his stuff, and was able to get me through my legal process, but the customer service left me stressed out beyond belief and constant...ly worried that I was being ignored. Office has terrible customer service. I never heard directly from Manning except for a single time when he called me and tried to bully me into believing that I was the one with the problem, even though it was his assistant/paralegal who was being entirely unhelpful and unprofessional. What a disgrace. Will never, ever use him again. Do NOT recommend whatsoever. In fact, I heard that a major real estate organization was going to not work with him anymore based on our situation.
