John Boland Manning

It has been over a year since I worked with him and his office, and I still get upset over the way he and his office treated me as a customer. Terrible. Manning knows his stuff, and was able to get me through my legal process, but the customer service left me stressed out beyond belief and constant...ly worried that I was being ignored. Office has terrible customer service. I never heard directly from Manning except for a single time when he called me and tried to bully me into believing that I was the one with the problem, even though it was his assistant/paralegal who was being entirely unhelpful and unprofessional. What a disgrace. Will never, ever use him again. Do NOT recommend whatsoever. In fact, I heard that a major real estate organization was going to not work with him anymore based on our situation.
