He won my 3/4 appeal hearing

I worked in a larger city in Westchester. Most of the guys on my job use Warren. A few have used a lawyer in Albany. A few have used a lawyer in LI. I stuck with experience, convenience, and affordability. I am glad I did. I was injured on the job at a fire. Warren secured my social securi...ty and my performance of duty disability retirement in under 18 months. My accidental pension required a hearing and submission of legal briefs. Warren and his associate Ryan did a great job. He put up with my emotional roller coaster and made sure my families future is secure. Warren's 24 years of experience really proved itself true. I loved the job. I did not want to be hurt. I did not want my career to be over. Thanks for letting me go 10-9 and retire in financial stability.

Less than a year.

I am now a retired MOS. I hired Warren's office after I injured myself at work. He was able to get me retired and get my social security in less than a year. Some other guys on my job liked to keep calling him and push him to call Albany. I did not do that. My wife and trusted him and his 24 year...s of experience and we won. He charged me a flat fee for my retirement and did not charge by the calls. He charged us a capped fee of $6,000.00 for the Social Security. Not the full 25%they withheld. His associate Michael answered my questions when Warren was busy. My wife and I are grateful for getting us past my injuries. Please thank Nancy, Dawn, Samantha and Karen for their Hard work.

a great lawyer for a cop with a bum arm

My wife and I made the right choice when we decided to hire Warren Roth. I was notified this week that my retirement was granted. My case was complicated and very hard to follow because I developed a rare nerve disorder called RSD. Many doctors don't quite understand RSD and when I met with Warren,... he not only understood it but pointed me in the right direction of a Dr. who could help me. I needed several surgeries , some of which workers comp denied at first. Warren and his team of attorneys help secure all of the medical procedures I needed. My concern was probably the same as everybody who is injured at work. Will I be able to provide for my family because i am too injured to work? Warren met with my wife and I three or four times during the entire process. He listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. He was honest and very accurate when discussing my financial situation. Warren is very good at what he does. I have read a few reviews where people say it took forever to get a response back from emails and phone calls. This was NOT true with my case. I only called a few times and when I did, I received a call back within 60 minutes or less. I emailed Warren several times. Emails were answered quicker than the phone calls. Most email were answered within a few minutes. I once emailed him on a Sunday night around 1130 PM. He answered me back at 1 AM. What more could you ask for? The staff at his office is great. Nancy is awesome and helped me with so much of my paperwork. Barbara the nurse is worth every penny. She went with we to every IME I had. She is a great lady! I strongly recommend Warren Roth to anyone who is injured at work. My family and I are very grateful for his hard work and guidance throughout this entire process.

I appreciate your hard work.

I am a now retired corrections officer. Warren won my 3/4 pension after about 13 months. He just won 2 other officers cases on my job over the past two weeks. The job is abuzz that Warren is the Man. I am here to tell you that it is true. I am moving down south with my wife and kids for a new... life thanks to Warren. He did a great job. He kept telling me that nothing is guaranteed but to keep following up with my care and to keep him updated. I have seen my co workers give him a hard time. He does not control they system. He helps you navigate through it. He is the most experienced attorney around and it shows. My one tip for all you guys and gals out there is keep following up with your doctors and then fax or email the reports to Warren. Yes Warren "You the Man" Thanks.

My Heart

I had a heart attack shortly after returning home from a very stressful day on the job. Several co workers told me to see Warren to find out what I could do if I could not get back to full duty. I am very glad I did. My wife and I first met with him last year. He explained to us why my heart c...ondition was job related. The head of his staff, Nancy had paperwork completed on my first visit to protect my workers compensation claim. On my second visit to the office I met with a doctor who works with Warren on heart cases. He reviewed my records and agreed that I should pursue my claim. Fast forward to the present and I am happy to report that I have been approved for my pension and that I won my workers compensation claim. Warren and his team did right by me. His nurse Barbara was great and went with me to my ime exams. If you want to win your claim, Warren is a great lawyer to use. I read a bunch of the reviews just before typing mine. He retuned my calls. Not every reutrn call was within an hour becasue the guy is busy. Warren or one of his staff always got back to us and did not charge us for phone calls. He is a great lawyer who know how to give a client a great chance of winning. My wife and I are very happy that we used his services.
