Warren Jeffrey Roth

I hired Warren and his office in late 2011. Since then he won my retirement and social security disability. I did not hire him to hold my hand or be my best friend. I hired him to give myself the best shot and winning my case and he did just that. His firm has 6 full time lawyers counting Warr...en working on his team. When Warren was busy I talked to the associate lawyer who also worked on my file. I sat home watching the clock, the calendar and the mailbox. It took a while but he came through for me. I read many of the posts about him before writing this. If Warren is busy ask to speak to one of his associates or do what I did send him an email or make an appointment to see him in the office to review your case. He is fighting hard for us all. Don't hate the guy that is trying to make our lives better. Yes there are times I thought his bedside manner was lacking. But, I hired him to win my case and he did. Don't bash the lawyer because the system isn't always fair. Just remember what we were told in the academy and stay strong: Fair? You want me to be fair? Listen, fair is a place where you go to ride on rides, eat cotton candy, and step in monkey DOO

I am a disabled firefighter. I was injured less than 2 years ago. I was afraid and unsure what to do when I found out I had a career ending injury. I have known Warren Roth since high school. I also was a member with him on HVAC for many years. I worked for CSEA as a custodian for 28 years. I am very grateful for all of their hard work. I did not want to get hurt. I did not want to retire. I did want to get any benefits that I was entitled to.
