Pleased client

I have known Warren Roth since high school. I also was a member with him on HVAC for many years. I worked for CSEA as a custodian for 28 years. I called Warren after a recomandation from a friend (word of mouth is the best). I called him and made an appointment to see him. He explained to me clearly... the process of how workers comp n social security process works. I decided to hire him. I got social security after 8 months. He just called me today and said I got disabilty retirement. I do belive that he cares about all his clients and works very hard on each case. He knows what he is doing and does it well. I understand the way he works, if you doing something for over 22 years you know it like the back of your hand. I would call him when I was fearful or in response to a letter. He would answer questions, but my fear of the process caused me to ask the same question over n over. I would get frustrated at anyone that did that to me on my job. He would appoligize afterwards. He is a man of his word. He comes from two wonderful parents that I also had the pleasure to know. He is an example of good parenting and personailty.

A very grateful firefighter

I was hurt on the job several years ago. I hired Warren after speaking with my co workers and other guys both active and retired around the County. I knew from the beginning that Warren is the best around in Westchester and Rockland. My concern was would I get return calls and would my job cut off... my salary before the retirement and Social Security came through. Warren got the job done. Either Warren or one of his associates or staff responded to all of my calls and emails. I never used his cell phone but felt better that he gave me the number in case of emergencies. I am retired off the fire department now on both my pension and my Social Security. Warren knew what he was doing and I appreciate his hard work. His nurse Barbara was fantastic and spoke with me on the phone as well when I was nervous. You would not go into a fire without a Scott Pack and turn out gear. You should not go into a disability retirement or Social Security Disability process without Warren. He knows his stuff. In Unity.

Warren made me believe in him.

I am a recently retired motor officer on 3/4. I was a little apprehensive about using Warren because I heard that it is hard to get a return phone call. Thankfully this was not true and I won my case thanks to Warren. I won my Social Security with Warren within 4 months of receiving an initial ...denial. I won my 3/4 pension in just over 14 months. I worked with Warren and his associates Ryan and Sean. Warren and his team knew their stuff and got the job done. Don't believe the anonymous haters who post on the web. I was able to reach Warren by email, his office phone and his cell phone for emergencies. I also spoke with other lawyers in his office (Sean and Ryan) and 3 different legal assistants. I am a very satisfied client. I won all that I could win and I can move on with my life. Thanks for taking such good care of me.

A Very Satisfied Retired Corrections Officer

I hired Mr. Roth and his team to help me secure my 3/4 pension, social security and workers compensation benefits. He did not promise me the moon and the stars. He did promise to work hard and told me the that the only guarantees in life are taxes and death. Mr. Roth has four full time legal a...ssistants that do the majority of the phone calls on the Social Security application process. He has 5 full time lawyers working on his group every day. I could always get my questions answered if not by Warren then by one of his staff. He even had a nurse go with me at my Retirement medical examination to protect my interests. I was able to reach him by both telephone and by email. He delivered on what he promised. He and his staff knew the ins and outs of how to prosecute my claims. I am very grateful for all of their hard work. I did not want to get hurt. I did not want to retire. I did want to get any benefits that I was entitled to. You can trust Mr. Roth and his staff to get you what your are entitled to. I recommend him to all members of law enforcement. One his attorneys is a retired Police Lt. who has been a lawyer around 25 years. You can't find this kind of experience in any other law firm.

My first Xmas on 3/4 thanks to warren

I am married with small kids. I never planned to get hurt on the job. I hired warren and his group less than 18 months ago. In that time he secured my disability pension, workers compensation and social security disability. Financially I make much more money than I have ever made in my life. Emot...ionally I miss the job. Warren is easy to reach . I could and can always get to him by email, voice mail or by speaking to his large staff. Constantly calling him to be reassured. That he is working on your case takes up a lot of the guys time. In those tough times benefits are not given away. We need lawyers to step up and help us like Mr. Roth. To me it is simple, if you are sick or injured call Mr. Roth and use his 20 plus years of experience. I just enjoyed Xmas thanks to him with my family. In unity.
