By the time my son turned 14 yrs. old, I had had enough with trusting the public school system to do the right thing regarding my son's special education needs. I hired an advocate who work tirelessly, to no avail. The public school system just would not budge. This is when my advocate said, "now we ...bring in Trevor". I had no Idea who Trevor was at the time, but I soon learned that he meant business! Right from the start, Trevor told me what he intended to do, and he did it! Trevor removed my son from an environment of bullying, and into a private school where all of my son's educational needs are currently being addressed. In addition to private school funding, Trevor was also able to secure funds towards tutoring; bringing my son's grade up. My son, Jason, is doing very well now. He actually likes going to school. Instead of just using his cell phone to watch videos, or play games like he used to, he is now calling & texting friends from his new school, engaging in normal social behaviors with peers who do not treat him as 'different'. My son has never had that sought of relationship with his peers. Jason and I are very happy with his current situation thanks to Trevor Eisenman, As a parent of a child diagnosed with autism and other learning disabilities, I wanted nothing less than what he needed to prosper, and Trevor made it all possible. Trevor, I am forever grateful for the dedication, persistence, and patience you gave to my son's case. Where do I begin in regards to Attorney Trevor Eisenman? Let’s start at the beginning... I have a special needs daughter who found herself the object of much bullying by her schoolmates and total indifference of the situation by her teachers. After a year of appealing to her school for help, to no a...vail...we realized that in order for our daughter to be in a safe learning environment we would need help. Trevor provided excellent services during a crucial time in my family's lives. Our daughter's 504 Plan was being ignored and breached at her school and Trevor knew exactly how to not only handle the situation with the district, but promptly and swiftly made sure the Plan was in place correctly and efficiently and would never be breached again.
