Highly knowledgeable, transparent and fully engaged.

After almost 20 years of service to my employer I found myself in need of legal advice. I reached out to a friend who is a highly regarded Attorney in Westchester County N.Y. for advice. Although employment law is not his specialty, he recommended that I contact Howard Schragin of Sapir-Schragin LLP.... Without hesitation I took his advice and contacted Howard. Mr. Schragin took the time to listen to me and understand my situation and frustrations. He offered his advice and painted a clear and concise picture of the law and possible considerations and outcomes. I must tell you that he made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. With Howard by my side I was able to make good decisions based on his great advice to elicit a positive outcome that exceeded my expectations. Not only does Howard fully engage with his clients he really tries to relate to their situation. If you are in need of legal advice, related to an employment or workplace situation, you owe it to yourself to contact Howard Schragin for a consultation. It will be the best call you can possibly make.

Professional, thorough, honest, and helpful

Howard was hired to help resolve a compensation and severance dispute between my former employer and myself. Though the entire process of review, negotiation, and closure, Howard and his team were always very responsive to my questions, walked me through the different options that were available, gav...e thoughtful and honest input on the pro's and con each choice, and handled the negotiations to our ultimate deal better than I could have hoped for. I would recommend Howard and his team to anyone, without reservation or hesitation.

Doesn't stop until he gets you the settlement you deserve.

As a lawyer myself, it should be understandable that I had a very rigerous criteria for an attorney to represent me in an employment law matter. After calling around to many attorney's in the area, I found Howard to be most empathetic, yet transparent about my case. Howard was adament with my case an...d got me the settlement I deserved. He is easy to work with and involves you in the process. Most importantly he regularly communicated with updates and responded to my emails in a timely matter even when on vacation. I would easily coin him "the lawyers, lawyer" which is a difficult accolade to receive as your peers can be the most critical. If ever I am in need for representation or just simply legal consultation again, I am going to Howard.

Case Closed

Howard is was very easy to work with. He was able to convey what was necessary for a strong case against my employer. He made sure to appraise me of what was going on at all times and his negotiation skills are excellent. I am very happy with the services that were rendered and would highly recomm...end him for any employment or labor dispute.
