We hired her to represent us in the sale of my mother’s house. The house was old and in poor condition. We literally needed the contract drawn up overnight to secure the buyer. Sheri promptly drew up the contract, which had the buyer responsible for any repairs their lender might require. At the last... minute, the buyer wanted to push up the closing date, so they could begin work. Again, Sheri was very prompt and thorough in getting the final paperwork together and coordinating with the buyer’s team. She prepared everything, made some last-minute revisions required by the lender, and attended a Friday afternoon closing on the eve of a holiday weekend.

Sheri, drew a contract on the sale of my mother‘a house. The deal fell through. The next day had another but we supposed to have an open house 3 days later. The buyer did not want us to have it. Sheri told their lawyer if they sign the new contract and have the down payment in the escrow account with...in 48 hours we would cancel the open house. It was done. At the closing because of her efficiency we were in an hour and a half. Sheri is importantly accurate and thorough and then fast and efficient. I can only say great things about her.

Stay away! This so called "attorney" is a JOKE. I have been in real Estate business for over 15 years and have worked for over 100 attorneys and never seen anyone more unprofessional and rude than this woman. From the moment she entered the room she gave me an attitude (not to mention she did not eve...n introduce herself). I even asked her to reschedule the closing if she is not having a good day and she said "OK Sir, I am going to put you in a different room since I cave another closing here" (Even though we were scheduled to have our closing at that time). We started the closing at 12:15 pm and I got out of their office at 4:30 pm and as soon as I got home they called me to come back because they forgot to ask me to sign one last page. Such a joker and full of attitude. There is plenty other attorneys who are happy to earn your business. I would avoid going back there at ANY cost.

At the recommendation of my realtor, I hired Sheri last spring. A friend asked me today if I could recommend a lawyer and it all came back to me. I told him about the degrading experience and he suggested that I post a review. Good idea. When I hired Sheri over the phone she was very nice. On ...the day of the closing she was very nice. Everything in between was a disaster. I would call her with questions and my calls would go unanswered. She doesn't have a secretary. When she would speak to me, she would be insulting, talk down to me and would not explain processes to me. She was always too busy and acted as though I was a burden. When you hire an attorney for such a large transaction, they should be available to answer questions and let you know what is next and what to expect. I did not expect her to be available 24-7, but to answer the occasional phone call and not to be rude and insulting. We closed and everything eventually was fine, but the process was awful and I know that this is not the way an attorney should behave. If she can't afford a paralegal, maybe she should find another line of work. Do not use. Terrible experience.

Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. She was unprofessional and borderline amateurish. After scheduling a closing, we find out that the lender attorney she chose was not qualified to represent the lender and she refused to use another lender attorney. Further both these geniuses didn't even have al...l the proper documentation to execute. Didn't have a title closer. I had to pay a travel fee to the seller's attorney because she refused to travel. I cannot stress enough just how awful an attorney she is.
