We just bought a house in Valley Cottage, NY, and honestly, if it weren’t for Sheri Zarkower, I don’t think we ever would have closed. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. She was unprofessional and borderline amateurish. After scheduling a closing, we find out that the lender attorney she chose was not qualified to represent the lender and she refused to use another lender attorney. Further both these geniuses didn't even have al...l the proper documentation to execute. Didn't have a title closer. I had to pay a travel fee to the seller's attorney because she refused to travel. I cannot stress enough just how awful an attorney she is.
