We retained Steven to pursue an eviction after we purchased a house in foreclosure and the prior owner would not move out. I am an attorney but was too close to the matter and Steven came highly recommended for his landlord/tenant expertise. He was efficient, professional, available and compassiona...te. He treated my wife and I very well and treated the holdover tenant with respect while getting exactly what we were entitled to have; possession of the house with minimal delay and no wasted effort. I am a Condo owner for 8 years at the Retreat at Carmel N.Y. We are still under builders control and some common elements are past the builders warranty.Our HOA Board in which one the builders employees was President at the time.The board fail to fix and correct our plastic gutters.So we hired Stev...en and his Firm and we sued the HOA.As it turn out the Builder replaced our gutters as well as 36 other Condos wih the similar issues. This all came to do with Steven's hard work,and his great follow up and Tenacious manner. At the end we settled for the best including getting a 2 year warranty on these new replacement gutters. I would highly recommend Steven and his firm. As a side bar our HOA has Hired his firm as our Condo's Transition Attorney.
