Best Attorney is an Understatement
James Silverburg & Mike Oliver were my attorneys involving a photograph of mine that was used without my consent by a national news organization. I was extremely pleased with our results. Jamie & Mike gave me exceptional legal advise, and over a few years we had numerous settlements. I highly recommend Jamie, Mike, and IPGL!

Really cares and wants to help
I had almost an hour long conversation with Jamie who really wanted to help and cared. Most lawyers only spend 5-10 minutes with you and just want to make a quick buck. Not Jamie. He was very professional and although I wish I could afford him, it makes sense why since you pay for what you get.

Good lawyer. Knows his stuff.
When you hire someone from the Internet, you always do so with some trepidation. Without going into detail, I saw a few lawyers about my situation, and all told me to just drop it as it wasn't worth pursuing. Mr. Silverberg took my case, and managed, in a matter of months, to resolve my issue through some very thoughtful and strong emails. He is an experienced lawyer, who keeps you in the loop. When you contact him, he gets back to you soon. That is something you want in a lawyer. I certainly recommend him.

James Silverberg is the ultimate professional !!
Jamie Silverberg is first and foremost a true professional in every sense of the word. Understanding and satisfying the client's needs is the cornerstone of success. Proven time and again to me Jamie is an expert ( perhaps the best ) in his field of Intellectual Property Law and has the tools necessary to successfully handle all your legal needs when it comes to copyright litigation and settlement legal services. I have found Jamie to be honest and fair in all my dealings with him and has the highest ethical and moral standards as well as a compassionate human being ! He's never to busy to take the time to explain or answer any question. I can't express how highly I recommend and appreciate him.

Best for Corporate Intellectual Property
Our company switched to this firm after using a number of larger firms over many years. I wish we had made the move years ago. We have obtained several hundred thousand dollars in additional recoveries using this firm, and have done so at a fraction of the cost. Even though the hourly rate is about the same, the billable time is sharply reduced. We have had a number of defense matters as well, and have walked away paying nothing in each case. Instead of dreading having to call the company lawyer, we now look at it as a value added experience. Very easy to talk too. Very Professional. Very Highly Recommended.

Very Kind and honest lawyer
James took the time to explain things to me in detail. He was honest and shared the best way to approach the case, despite personal financial gain!

The Best Artist (of any medium) Lawyer
Throughout my 20+ years in the entertainment industry, I've never had anyone in my corner come close to Jamie. His extensive background, experience and broad scope of knowledge over multiple facets of the industry, allowed him to quickly and masterfully handle my situation. My appreciation for what he has done is immeasurable. Call him. You’ll be very happy you did.

The BEST IP lawyer
Mr. Silverberg secured a generous settlement for me in a copyright infringement case. He was always available when I had a question. He took the time to explain all the possibilities & options, in detail, until he was sure I had a thorough understanding. He was direct but respectful to all parties involved, and I was always proud to have him as a part of my team. And, in the end, we settled without a court appearance, and he secured a more generous claim than I had hoped for - though it was deserving given the infringement. Summary - a first class professional.

James Lorin Silverberg helped me very much.
Jamie Silverberg analyzed and helped me re-draft a contract that one of my clients sent me to sign. I am a free lance photographer and Jamie was very knowledgeable and expereinced with those sorts of contractual issues. He promptly returned my email and dove right into the heart of the matter. He was clear, precise and obviously very well informed as to the issues involved. He was also very easy to talk to. I greatly appreciated his good help to me.

Excellent Lawyer
Mr. Silverberg has handled a number of IT matters for my company ranging from litigation to licensing and contract matters over the past 30 years. I have always felt confident calling him when the company needed legal help. I highly recommend his services and I am certain there is no better lawyer in this field.

James Silverberg has represented me for many years in the area of art copyright infringement.
I have worked with Mr. Silverberg and his staff for many years. He has handled dozens of copyright infringements related to my personal artwork. From large cases requiring federal filings to small ones requiring skillful negotiation skills, he has excelled in all areas. If your looking for an attorney that knows everything about copyright infringements, filings etc in the arts category, from my point of view he is the best in North America. His rates are also reasonable for the average self employed artist. I strongly recommend Mr. Silverberg to anyone in the Creative Arts category needing legal help.
