I hired Steven Waldinger to help my 90 year old mother who was being overcharged for rent by a fancy residential living facility for seniors in Westchester County. It took months for the lawyers at the residence to even respond to Steven but he stuck with the case and gave me sound advice all along ...the way. After years of hearing from our old attorney that we couldn’t remove a drug addicted tenant who overdosed on average of four or five times a year where emergency services had to be called and would be up all night pacing the floor keeping the resident below from getting a good nights sleep, I hired S...teven to examine the problem.
