Harold Dee, a former NYS and NYC Traffic Ticket Court Judge, officiated at over twenty five thousand (25,000) hearings involving violations of the Vehicle and Traffic Ticket Law. Mr. Dee is based in the Hudson Valley in Westchester County, New York. He appears regularly in all Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, Nassau, Suffolk, and Columbia County courts. The practice is limited to traffic tickets, drugs and alcohol operational related matters such as DWI, or DUI. Additionally, Mr. Dee is prepared to represent you in in court for various traffic tickets such as stop sign violations, speeding, red lights, signals, pavement markings, following to closely and/or any other operating issue or possible immigration consequence emanating from driving a motor vehicle or powerboat throughout the State of New York with a concentration in New York's Hudson Valley area.

Highly Competent and Effective

Got me out of a speeding ticket
Mr. Dee represented me in contesting a speeding ticket. He succeeded in reducing the charge and voiding any points on my license. This was an excellent outcome. Communication with the client could be a little better-- more proactive-- I had to email to request updates.
