Peter represented us through an arduous buying process. The sellers of the house that we were purchasing were difficult (to say the least) and did not want to compromise. Peter kept on checking in with the sellers' attorney to make sure that all the items were cleared. After 2 postponed closings due... to sellers' lack of preparation. We finally closed on Sept 1. It took more than 4 hours but Peter was persistent at upholding our interests and protected us from further financial burden. We highly recommend Peter.
