Biography
Peter T. Nguyen is passionate about bankruptcy law and helping people to overcome the legal and emotional obstacles that financial struggles can pose. He earned his undergraduate degree from State University of New York, Stony Brook, in 1989, then went on to attend the Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, where he graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1995. Since then, he has devoted himself to helping his bankruptcy clients find financial relief. When not working, he is volunteering his time with the Greater New York Vietnamese American Community Association.
