This attorney is fraudulent on all types of level. He has no ethics at all and is taking money from families who have worked extremely hard for what they have. Kofi Owusu and his associates lie on all forms and applications. He claimed I had domestic violence with my mother and submitted them to US...CIS. During the interview my mother was straight forward that no domestic violence of any type occurred, however that landed her in getting her case denied and now she is facing possible deportation. If I can give him 0 stars I would. I have a family member who was filing a case to become a full on American Citizen. When she finally obtained her Work Travel Authorization Card, he told her to go to her home country and to come back with her card. She followed as he said, and they immediately held ...her in deportation. She’s now waiting on her court date to hear the decision on wether or not she will be deported. Immigration validated that all paperwork and work visa, travel visa was all fraudulent. On top of that Kofi states that her children are abusive towards her, which is a lie completely. He only cares about your money. Disgusting piece of human being, is what he is.

This guy takes on way too many cases than he can handle. My mom opened up a case with him spent almost 2 thousand dollars just for her case to get denied because they received a paper for her to do the next step, and nobody told her nothing. We called for weeks then finally came in to find the paper ...in a huge pile on the desk. Never called us to let us know or keep us updated. Waste of money.
