Extremely Competent Attorney

I reached out to Mr. Frank Dito to help me with my Workers Compensation Case, and revive my case and correct the many errors of my previous Attorney. After sitting with him, he assured me that he would keep me well informed of my case and what to expect. Although the NYS Workers Comp is A Systematical mess, he assured me that it would all be addressed accordingly, in which it was. In my opinion, the Greatest Attorney on the planet!

It would be impossible to write a short review that would truly describe Frank Dito. In sum and substance he saved our lives by saving our home. In a desperate time that saw our house sold out from under us without our knowledge and without being in any sort of default, no attorney that we called would touch our case. Frank Dito not only brought us in for a meeting, but was able to freeze the sale and ultimately due to his dilligence, dedication, intelligence and expert trail techniques, overturn the sale. We owe everything to this great man. I have recommended Frank to numerous family members as well as friends and collegues. hired frank dito for my SSD case

I first contacted Frank due to 911/WTC respiratory disorders, I and my son were first responders, with too many debilitating symptoms. On the phone, so generous with his time, and information, Frank encouraged me to contact the WTC treatment and research clinic, and gave me advice and some guidelines to also consider the Zadroga case for myself and my son as well . Hurricane sandy hit the day before our scheduled meeting . I ended up getting another attorney for my Zadroga case , as in the aftermath of Sandy, Frank was busy helping those in his community in need. Because of the kind of person he is , I decided to seek him again for my SSD case and took a 90 minute bus ride to his office from Brooklyn to Staten Island . Frank J Dito is intelligent, knowledgeable, honest, caring, dedicated , hardworking , unselfish . a truly rare man in these hectic difficult times.

No one Better!

An excellent lawyer, but more importantly, a caring person. I went thru a very traumatic experience and Mr. Dito literally held my hand from start to finish. He answered all my questions, no matter how silly they seemed at times. He was there for me and my family. I can't say enough about him.
