My name is Adrian D., I am writing the review because i need to share my success story. In my deepest time of pain and sorrow. I sort refuge at Spektor's Law Group. Ms. Zlata Berman, listened to my case in my medium of a welcoming consultation in which we discuss the pros and cons of my case. ...This was in April 2014. legal fees were manageable given the magnitude of my situation which it the end worth every penny! My situation was that my husband was an abusive, vindictive, compulsive, narcissistic man. He was overly jealous, paranoid, and revengeful. He canceled my green card application just eights days after our final interview, and on top of that he evicted me from our condo which we shared. I was left penniless, homeless so to speak. Has an immigrant from the Caribbean i had no one here within the states. I was only 27 at the time. First time being alone to fen for myself. In December 2014 I got my new Work Authorization Card, and by August 2015 my I360 - VIWA case was approved. Then by January 21st, 2016 i went in for my Permanent Green Card interview which lasted under 3 minutes because everything was in order, all the I's her dotted and all the T's were cross. By February 10th, 2016 I should expect my card in my hand. This has been a challenging time, and I appreciate you so much. Hired Spektor law firm to handle my wife and kids immigration application. Both Zlata Berman and Yakov Spektor worked on our case. Throughout the process, I was always able to speak with them regarding any concerns that I had. The documents were filled out diligently and all required information was ...submitted in a timely manner. Despite this, to our surprise, the case was initially denied based on an oversight by the USCIS. Zlata and Yakov aggressively fought on our behalf to get the case reopened and greencards approved. They filed a motion and did other things that lawyers do (not sure what they are called) and they were able to get our case reopened. Today, on 9/24/15 we received the greencards in the mail. USCIS is a very difficult agency to deal with. I certainly would not have been able to fight with them alone. Suffice to say, I am very pleased with the outcome and handling of this case. I don't know how they managed to get this case reopened and approved but I am very happy that they did. Great work!!
