Serving as an intermediary between various third parties, they made more progress in one month than my initial attorney had been in a year. Ultimately, and due to Jennings's hard work, a court ruled in my favor. With a full-time Office Manager, the firm has always been receptive to my inquiries whether by phone or email. Moreover, they proactively updated me on case activities in contrast to my previous experiences with lawyers who I had to track down. This is actually my first review ever but based on the quality of the service provided by Mr. Walter Jennings Law Firm, I had to take a minute and express my experience. Mr. Jennings was able to take my case against our commercial landlord at the last minute , I came into his office asking for help ...a day before we had to go to court. He was able to help us in two different cases at the same time, both last minute eviction notices. He save both restaurant from closing down. We were able to settle in a amicable with the landlords and Mr. Jennings taking in consideration our needs at the time. He was considerate of the bad time the restaurant was experiencing, due to the brutal weather we had this winter. He was able to negotiate in our favor the terms of payment our company could handle. Both cases were done in a Stipulation of Settlement matter . He solved both eviction cases in a timely matter, without wasting time going to court for months and saving us thousands of dollars in court and lawyers fee, which we could not afforded . And in the process saved the employees from losing a long term job. I will say the level of knowledge, their communication, their professionalism of Mr. Jennings firm was truly customer focused. I felt confident in the handling of both cases. I would definitely highly recommend his firm to anyone who is looking for great representation and looking for a place they can trust. Mr. Jennings is a lawyer with human compassion.
