I like others here was referred to Mr. Axelrod through the Bar Association. Although I was aware of the Bar Association’s high standards, I never needed one of its attorneys until now. Other attorneys that I contacted previously took days before responding and when they finally did respond it wa...s with missed connections and other annoyances. Mr. Axelrod’s inner-office infrastructure seems to be very modern, professional and fast and I was able to get actual help quickly. I was able to send documents for review while we were both still on the phone. This was so important to me since I was under a lot of duress and dealing with a very serious housing matter in New York Civil Court that needed immediate attention. Mr. Axelrod was referred to me by NYCBAR Legal Referral Service. I called him and was promptly connected to him. He gave me some quick advice a about a prior divorce issue and said to call him the next day and let him know how things worked out. I called the next day and was again promptly connected ...to him. Told him things worked out well and he prepared a letter for me and promptly emailed it to me. He was so nice and helpful and said there was no charge for this. Great guy!!
