He helped me on a day to day operational level when my case became very intense and at the more strategic level when I had to travel outside US to countries which were not part of the Hague convention. Mr. Morley’s network helped me connect to the right people in different parts of the world who helped me fight the custody battle from within US and from outside. From the very beginning of the case, he had an overall strategy that gave me the courage to stand up and keep going. I have interacted with many lawyers related to my situation now. There are times we need a specialist's consultation and times we need a good referral and sometimes we may need to park ourselves and the case in the ICU. Mr. Morley helped to provide for all of these situations and his support and guidance was invaluable – in fact it spoiled my expectations when dealing with other lawyers. Before I obtained the custody order my spouse slipped to another state with the child. With Mr. Morley's help I was able to chase her address and track my child and put her on the prevent departure program. It took a little over two years for my affairs to settle and to be able to restart life but these tiny victories helped in a long way, making me keep going. I met with Jeremy Morley to review a prenuptial agreement. Upon arriving at his 'office' which is a coworking space, I learned that he hadn't even read the document we were meeting to discuss. After about an hour of personal anecdotes and very generic advice he announced he had to leave and would rea...d the agreement and followup with me in a few days. After having done his homework from the previous week, we spoke for ten minutes where he offered no new information. Then I was contacted by his office explaining that in addition to my paid consultation fee there would be a $600 charge for Mr. Morley's "additional time". The two stars I gave him are for being on time to the meeting and prompt in correspondence and the other because he seems very knowledgeable. Minus one star for not being prepared for our meeting, minus another for being rather loose lipped about other clientele (which is a big privacy violation in my view) and minus the third for the shady billing practices. He did point out several times that I was poorer than his average client, so perhaps these shenanigans don't offend people who are extremely wealthy.
