I consulted Mr. Morley who later became an expert witness at my trial that related to child abduction to Asia. The gentleman has a vast knowledge of these niche matters and there is no second best on earth who compares. He was always attentive to needs that sometimes required action items and an info...rmed response within a few hours to save the life of a young child. His credentials and expertise is rare to match for both international and domestic family law matters. His understanding of the situation is sharp and of unparalleled quality. His professional conduct and mannerism are of high courtesy when it comes to family lawyers. He is not a family lawyer but "divine intervention" for family matters very few people know at an international scale. As part of these proceedings I had to communicate with two lawyers in the UK and Japan, they knew his name as they often seek his expertise. I was positively surprised what a global impact he has. His staff is equally attentive and pro-active reflecting his top notch qualities. He is also a bit of a "brainiac" that makes him a good communicator. From all funds I have spent in the past 3 years in this custody (first) and abduction (later) case, I received by many orders of magnitude the best quality service with the most reasonable charges and a real honest treatment. The gentleman had a life-long IMPACT in my case - in contrast to the domestic custody matters that seem to drag forever progressing nowhere just consuming legal dollars. I met with Jeremy Morley to review a prenuptial agreement. Upon arriving at his 'office' which is a coworking space, I learned that he hadn't even read the document we were meeting to discuss. After about an hour of personal anecdotes and very generic advice he announced he had to leave and would rea...d the agreement and followup with me in a few days. After having done his homework from the previous week, we spoke for ten minutes where he offered no new information. Then I was contacted by his office explaining that in addition to my paid consultation fee there would be a $600 charge for Mr. Morley's "additional time". The two stars I gave him are for being on time to the meeting and prompt in correspondence and the other because he seems very knowledgeable. Minus one star for not being prepared for our meeting, minus another for being rather loose lipped about other clientele (which is a big privacy violation in my view) and minus the third for the shady billing practices. He did point out several times that I was poorer than his average client, so perhaps these shenanigans don't offend people who are extremely wealthy.
