After an unfortunate biking accident involving several cyclists versus a car, Dan and Cathy were fantastic in guiding me through the whole legal and insurance process. From helping me understand my rights, my insurance coverage, the no-fault process, to even dealing with many medical insurance issue...s, I always felt I was in expert and friendly hands from the beginning to the end of my complex situation. In addition to Dan and Cathy being an absolute pleasure to deal with, their staff (Rina, Debbie and Pat) are also very friendly, professional, capable members of their team. Their offices are easy to get to in Mineola with no problem finding parking, as they have their own private parking lot. I am not sure what I would have done without the support, expertise and experience I received from Flanzig & Flanzig.
