I thought I would receive nothing in compensation for my injuries but Mr. Flanzig proved otherwise. While riding my bike a car suddenly took a turn in front of me. In order to avoid hitting the front of the car and then going up and over the windshield I desperately jammed on the brakes. The fro...nt wheel locked up and I flipped over, landing with full force on my elbow. Fortunately, the car stopped just short of impact. He ushered me through the deposition. Later, he filed for a summary judgement, which was unsuccessful. We then went to mediation and the lawsuit was settled. I feel the settlement amount was perfectly aligned with the extent of the injuries and my permanent pain and mobility limitations. This whole process took only a year and a half. Mr. Flanzig and his staff were always available and responded to all my queries quite quickly. He always gave me updates on the progress and how the system works.

I found Daniel’s firm a day after my accident, sitting in the hospital bed with a fractured foot, post-op leg, and another surgery planned.
