An advocate who will fight for you

Kathryn helped me navigate employment issues and consistently kept me in the loop, providing much needed guidance. I greatly appreciate her advocating in my best interests during a difficult time.

Extremely Skilled in private sector employment law

My former employer (very large and well represented) attempted to terminate me in a fashion that was clearly an act of whistleblower retaliation as well as professional tortious interference. Atty Barcroft negotiated a settlement and compensation that was much larger than I could have anticipated. Sh...e has a deep understanding of private sector employment law, communication was seamless and efficient in the challenging COVID-19 environment. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

A world class attorney...

Attorney Kathryn Barcroft is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is an incredibly skilled legal professional with an unmatched understanding of the intricacies of employment law. She helped me to successfully navigate through a very difficult and complex situation with my former employer.  Atto...rney Barcroft is extremely sharp, hard-working, honest, and kind. She established very realistic expectations with me upfront and always kept me well informed of new developments in my case. She's a skilled communicator, an excellent listener, and she is extremely responsive. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience working with Kathryn and her team. She is exceptional. For these reasons and many more, she receives my top recommendation.

Phenomenal attorney, that renewed my hope and went to war for me!

Attorney Kathryn Barcroft was a beacon of hope for me at a time when my options with my Sexual Assault-Harassment and Hostile work environment claim against my employer appeared very grim, limited, intimidating, and the likelihood that I may have no choice but to walk away and not take any further-ac...tion. I felt very defeated and I truly believed I would never see justice for what happened to me and the gross negligence by which my employer handled my situation. Right before I threw in the towel, Attorney Barcroft reached out to me having read my plea for legal assistance online. She was very empathetic to my situation, she possessed a very strong legal mind with extensive experience and knowledge of employment laws. Her cool and calm demeanor was refreshing. She offered me emotional support and renewed hope by agreeing to represent me in federal court. I have hope now for the first time that I will get justice and a satisfactory resolution seems very possible. I have been extremely nervous about the court proceedings, since I’ve never really been in the legal system before, but Kathryn has been very reassuring and talked to me about what could happen – good and bad. I am grateful to Kathryn for her kind and honest manner dealing with me on this personal matter, and for her tenacity and strength in representing me. I will forever be eternally grateful for her service.
