Kristen Pleszewicz

Kristen Pleszewicz is an employment law attorney in our New York office. Kristen has relentlessly pursued and recovered millions of dollars for victims of discrimination, harassment, sexual assault, wrongful termination, and unequal pay. Her practice is built on the foundational belief that every individual deserves dignity, safety, and equal treatment in the workplace.

Kristen’s dedication to advocacy is deeply personal. Raised in a working-class household and inspired by the resilience of her immigrant grandmother, she was instilled with a passion for women’s rights and equality from a very young age. This upbringing shaped her worldview and ignited a lifelong commitment to fighting for the vulnerable, ensuring that those who have been marginalized or mistreated have a voice.

Kristen earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where she graduated with honors. While in law school, she served as a legislative advocate for the Civil Justice and National Advocacy clinic where she completed a project in support of the Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal Act, which directly impacted millions of sexual harassment and sexual assault survivors.

Outside the office, Kristen spends her free time traveling. She has visited 16 countries and counting, always eager for new experiences and a fresh perspective.
