Seth J. Zuckerman

Seth J. Zuckerman knew criminal law was his passion from the day he set foot in law school. Following a law school internship at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office, he was hired there as a prosecutor and became the first in his class to be promoted to senior assistant district attorney. He prosecuted hundreds of major felony crimes from investigation through trial, successfully tried cases to jury verdict, and presented hundreds of cases to grand juries.

Now, with the same dedication he applied in building winning cases as a prosecutor, Seth rips prosecutors’ cases apart at the seams. His experience on both sides of the criminal justice system gives him a unique vantage point from which to obtain the best possible outcomes for his clients, whether by assisting clients avoid charges to begin with, obtaining a dismissal, negotiating pre-trial agreements and plea deals, or when necessary, fighting fearlessly in court on his clients’ behalf at trial.

After working as a defense attorney and partner at both AMLAW 100 and boutique law firms, Seth founded Zuckerman Legal Group to provide a higher level of advocacy, empathy and service to his clients. His is a white-glove practice where his clients have the knowledge and comfort he will answer their call 24/7.

Seth received his undergraduate degree in political science and applied statistics from the University of Michigan and his juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice law in state courts in New York and New Jersey, as well as federal courts nationwide. Seth is also regularly recognized for his pro bono work in the community. Seth is also very active with local and national bar associations, serving on:
