Personal Injury Settlement with NYC

Dave took my case when another prominent personal injury firm dismissed it. He had the knowledge of specific resources and did the extra research to prove the fault on the City’s part. There were a few liability flaws - I hadn’t called an ambulance immediately after the injury and the Uber driver cou...ldn’t be reached to corroborate the story and he was still able to advocate on my behalf and use his professional connections to move the process along quickly and efficiently. A settlement was reached within two years of my injury that covered all of my medical bills and remaining student loans. I now have a clean slate in life which is truly amazing. Dave was caring and professional at once. Highly recommend!!
