Biography
We fight for the rights of health care professionals who have been treated unfairly at work. We seek compensation and justice for those facing contract disputes, a hostile work environment, wrongful termination and retaliation. We take pride in representing whistleblowers who want to protect patient health and safety, report fraud, waste and abuse, and earn whistleblower rewards and protections.
For 20 years, I was on the other side. As a partner in a large law firm, I worked with brilliant lawyers on cases for Pfizer, Texaco, Citibank, and other multinational corporations. I handled some of the largest class actions in U.S. history and argued in the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of the Government of India. I learned firsthand the knowledge, skills, and experience that wins lawsuits. I’ll never forget an article in The American Lawyer magazine about one of our cases. They wrote that we ran over the other lawyers “like a tank running over a tin can.”
Now I use all that experience to fight for the rights of individuals like you. Whether we are representing an individual client or hundreds of clients in a class action , we are dedicated to fighting for the compensation and juistice you deserve.
