Litigation Partner at Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP. Over the past 30 years, I have handled all aspects of complex commercial litigations, many for Fortune 500 corporations.
I have taken and defended countless depositions, argued dispositive motions, tried cases in both State and Federal Courts, and represented clients in arbitration proceedings. A representative sampling of matters on which I have worked include the representation of a large New York developer in an appraisal proceeding to determine the replacement value of several iconic structures that were destroyed, the defense of a self-regulatory organization in connection with actions brought by issuers and stockholders based on alleged violations of federal and state securities laws and the defense of a RICO claim brought against a major weight loss company by a vendor. A very bad experience
He did not consider the client's best interest. He billed over $50,000 to renew a previously denied summary judgment motion which was reversed on appeal...no depositions, no discovery, no trial...nothing. Then bailed out at the home stretch... Refused to finish, refused to enter judgment ....I paid...
